Chenxi Yang is a Chinese visual journalist. She was born and raised in a Southwestern village of the country , the only child of subsistence farmer.
She holds degrees in English Literature and journalism, and started photography in the summer of 2022 amidst Covid lockdowns.
Her work documents the interplay of people, intertwining personal memory with collective culture in fleeting moments.
